There are a couple of things you can do that are fairly easy. One, lubricate the door locking mechanism. I use a dry spray silicone. You can also get specialized graphite lock lubricants. If that doesn't solve it the you will have to remove the door cards and check the micro-switches with a multi-meter to make sure they are working. While the door cards are off disconnect the door modules and clean the contacts with a quality electrical contact cleaner.
When working on the interior of the door assemblies be sure to disconnect the battery. Removing and plugging in modules should always be done with the battery disconnected. But, in this case the window mechanism can actuate with ugly consequences.
