Power locks-trunk, top, gas tank door don't work.
Hurricane Sandy caused some problems for my car. I have a 2006 jaguar XK8. My power doors, trunk, gas tank lock, and convertible top no longer work. I replaced the fuse box, but they still don't work. The water didn't flood my engine, my car runs, but there was water under my car. I'm thinking that whatever lies beneath the fuse box must be the problem. Any ideas?

I'm afraid your problem lies in a thing called the Security and Locking Control Module which is in the bottom of the boot and is probably under water.
It is by the battery, under the main fuse box.
Have a look and see how bad it seems to be.It may be possible to dry it out and clean the connectors but you may have to replace it.
There are several 'replacing the SLCM' threads if you do.

Top not Operating
+1 with what steveinfrance is saying with the Security and Locking Control Module. Sounds as if water may have gotten into the boot (trunk), resulting in some corrosion. There is a ground from the module itself that you may want to check.
With regards to the top not operating, sitting next to the fuse box, in the trunk that steveinfrance describes, are the relays that operate the top up and top down as well as the quarter windows up and down. It sounds as if water may have reached that part of the trunk and damaged the electrical components.
