Unhappy Programming windows

Can somebody please remind me how to program the front windows?
I know its to do with holding down the window button until it clicks etc...

I think with the key on, car not running, for each window hold the down button till till you hear a click then push it UP till you hear a click, do this for both windows, that should do it.

Thanks very much guys, the car is back together and the windows working properly!! Makes a change to have an easy fix!
