Rear Shock and Bushings

I haven't been at the Forum for a good while because the car has been running flawlessly for quite some time. Rest assured that if you tackle one issue at a time you can wind up with a fine, reliable automobile!
There is an annoying clunk coming from the rear of my 2000 XK8 with regular shocks. I'm suspecting that the bushings have failed. I searched around the forum and learned quite a bit. I saw a reference to a video covering rear shock replacement - does anyone have that link?
Thanks!

I just completed the rear shock upper mounts and upper spring pad isolater. I removed the sub frame with the intent of replacing those bushings, but they were still like new. The lower shock mounts were also good, although the rubber boots were gone. So it was just the soft rubber parts and the clunk I had is gone.
I haven't seen a video or even pictures of removing just the sub frame while leaving the differential in place.
The biggest difficulty was breaking some of those 12mm bolts loose, as they all have Locktight blue and you can't even get a socket on a couple of them. I used the Coleman MAPP torch set from Home Depot to break the bond on those. It's a good substitute for oxy acetylene.
I have a Atlas TD6MR lift that gets the car four feet off the floor. Working with jack stands would make the sub frame removal a lot more difficult.
