Default Rear suspension overhaul

Finally getting round to doing this, have been putting it off but a failed fuel pump means the suspension has to come off to get at the fuel lines so I can't leave it any longer.
i have s couple of questions so far, I've noticed the anti-roll bar ends are not straight but slightly splayed and of course I didn't notice this until a day or so after taking it off so haven't a clue which way it fits.
my second query is to do with the wishbone fulcrum bolts, the appear to be seized in the wishbones. Is this normal, what's the procedure to free them off?
cheers

Find photo of my XK8 rear anti roll bar if that helps.
The fulcrum bolts on mine where very tight, like I thought they where seized tight.
Only the fact I couldn’t see how to cut them out I resorted to hitting them very hard, was even prepared to buy new ones.
I moved the rear suspension assy so the fulcrum bolts where vertical (nut upwards).
Then tried the lubricate and knock out without damaging the threads.
Difficult as needed to hit very hard.
As it disappears into the arm, it’s easier to lubricate but needed to hit the bolt using a long bar.
Avoided buying new bolts after all.
Good luck, hope you get them out Ok.

Default If you want to go aall the way!

I was surprised when I dropped mine how much rust there was that didn't show from below. It led to a coml
plate refresh. Shocks weren't expensive so a lot easier to do with the rear end out.

It looks to me that the anti-roll bar ends are slightly splayed downwards when fitted correctly..

As you can see the ARB has a definite downward turn at the end where it connects to drop link..

Thanks guys, bit confused as the photos appear to be different, are the flat ends of the bar twisted inwards or outwards at the top?

Inwards...
Im only going off my rear ARB for reference,
I made sure it went back on the same way it came off
But who know's if some PO had removed it in the past and refitted it upside-down.
As the drop links look to be leaning inwards towards the diff at the top i would say twisted inwards at the top for the ARB
