Rear Window Deffoger does not work

Good morning!
On my '97 XK8 Convertible I discovered that the rear window deffoger is not working. The wire is connected to the rear window and I did have a technician at Abacus Racing in Virginia Beach (the place I bought the car from) check the fuses and relays under the hood; all seemed good.
I would appreciate any advice as to how to proceed in order to have this repaired.

The key is if the specific rear fog relay in the trunk clicks or not with you finger on it as this splits the problem in half .

Allen,

I assume by defogger you mean the Heated Rear Window?

If so, I would avoid that technician in future. The fuse for the Heated Rear Window is in the Luggage Compartment fuse box. Fuse number 17 ( 25 amp). The relay for it is in the same location.
