Sharing my experience on an ebay purchase...

Working out the various bugs on my new to me XK8 conv and fixed one of the rear regulators tonight. Pulled it following instructions here on the forum and discovered the cables had broken. Purchased a kit on ebay that included two new cables and the main spool that goes on the motor. Put it all together today and back up and running. Not sure how robust it will prove to be, but it works for now. I wanted it quickly so I paid $45 for one stateside. I see them as cheap as $25 if you want to wait for it to come from Turkey. That said, probably one of those parts where you don't want to skimp on quality given how much it takes to get to it should it fail again.
