Rear windows go in different directions - how to sync?

Default Rear windows go in different directions - how to sync?
Purchased a 1997 XK8 Convertible and the rear window regulator was bad. Just replaced the rear window regulator and when I activate the convertible top each rear window goes a different direction. Is there a way to sync the windows?
