Default Recommended conditioning of rubber gaskets

Can't remember if I saw this info here or on a detailing forum.

Any suggestions for a product that grooms rubber door, window, trunk,
etc. gaskets? Hell, are they even called gaskets? Thanks, guys.

I've recently tried some research into this, and found that most recommend a GM product, called AC Delco silicone emulsion. Its pricey, and dupont makes something too...also pricey. My leather conditioner/cleaner from zaino Z-10 seems to work well on the seals, they're not as dry or stiff after a few days of applying a small film over them and letting them soak in.

I have used Gummi pflege with good results for years, it is a rubber conditioner, the bmw enthusiasts got me to use it years ago. I have a 1985 bmw that I use it on and the door suround seal are still nice and soft. I hope you can still get it?

NAPA has RuGLYDE rubber lubricant. It has worked well for me. $10 for a gallon. Enough for two lifetimes of the home mechanic.
