Removing rear speakers
#2
The screen is held in by tabs that extend into slots and are then bent over to hold them snug. When I repaired the speakers on my 1997 XK8 I first removed the seat belt mount fasteners and the fastener that clips the top cover in place the removed the upholstered cap. I then reached down with a long screwdriver and pried the tabs straight to the slots and gently removed the grid.
You can gently pry around the grid with a thin blunt pry and the tabs will slowly release but you still have to go through the removal to reattach and tighten up the trim.

Mark, grab your 1/4 inch ratchet set.
Look underneath the front edge of the seat bottom. Feel around - feel that plastic cover? Pull it downward to remove it. Match the bolt size it was covering, unbolt it on both sides. Lift /tilt remove seat bottom.
Hey while you are there note the wire loom. Seat can press down on it and cause swinging opens.
Seat back? Mark don't take this wrong but as I recall it was in my face obvious from here. Look for bolts at bottom of seat back.
Memory tells me that aligning seatbelts is the toughest part of reassembly, and if I don't remember skinned knuckles, cuss words, etc., it can't have been too tough:-).
