Very little space to work under there especially if the seat is stuck in the fully lowered position. ![Icon Sad](https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif)
H2Oboy has the best plan but if that doesn't work, you'll have to look at moving it manually. The track motor for front to rear movement is item 3 on the top drawing:
XK Front Seat.pdf
See if there's a square on the drive or on the motor you can get a wrench on to turn.

Let's see if this link will work. I was able to jumper my seat motor to move it back and forth, when I was unable to do so using the switches and such. See the bottom of this thread -
