Default Satellite radio added to original radio

Has anyone added a Satellite radio to the original radio(AM/FM/CD/Cassette) without swapping it out? I get offers from Sirus for add on plug ins that may or may not work with my unit. I want to keep original if possible.

Plenty of us have added the jagcd-HF to provide bluetooth inputs to the sound system. I just link my smartphone and listen to music or hands free phone.

I'm bringing this up because as I think about it, I figure there must be satelite receivers with bluetooth output out there. If so, this would be seamless.

I installed a satellite receiver and use a cassette adapter for playback. Powered using the lighter but I'm looking at installing an Aux power supply in the glove box

I had purchased the cassette adapter from one of the big box tech stores I think Best Buy, but a quick search on Amazon shows they are still available.

My 1999 came with an adapter using the antenna port on the back of the radio. Pulled the carpet down on the passenger side and can fell the plug in the back of the radio. The line goes into my satellite radio and I put in a lighter plug in the glove box. I tune into the fm radio and one station works with the adapter and plays through the speakers. That leaves my cassette free but not used much. Hope this helps.
