The plastic shell cover for the seat belt buckle on the passenger side seat of my 2005 XKR cracked then eventually came apart. I need to replace it. Everything else works well. Is a replacement shell available? I can't seem to locate one- only the whole buckle assembly. My seats are Oatmeal.
Does anyone know of a replacement part or source for a part??

You and I are in the same boat, except my car has the black interior. The used one I found on Jagbits (or was it Welsh?), turned out to be ludicrously expensive (about $500 for a used one) and I just left it as is.

Oh and yeah, that was the entire buckle, not the shell.

Decided I will finish the mechanical restoration first, then the external cosmetics, before moving on to the small interior imperfections.

 

There are some "replacement" buckles sold on EBay that are shipped from China and are advertised as matches for the XKR. They have them in black, however I am always a bit skeptical about these kinds of replacement products.

 

Keep an eye on the members marketplace. I've picked up a few interior pieces to replace broken ones in my car from members parting out their cars.
