The part # you listed is for the female side of the seatbelt.
Friend more details in your question makes it easier to help.
Did you know that the color of the clam shell not matching is no big deal? Its just 2 pieces of plastic glued together. You neglected to say why you need replacement, what happened or why its failing. I assume you still have the old defective one? A flathead screwdriver will crack the seal. Take it off and reuse it.
Since no one's going to look at the color when testing your vehicle, why not just buy a used one, install, pass test, worry about color after?
BTW its a T41 or T40 (I 4get which) bolt holding down the seat.
Why are you failing inspection right now? Is it just the presence/absence of the female assembly?

socool69,
Welcome to the Forum. Lots of friendly folk here.
+1 to Johnken - we need alot more info on the problem to help.
From the sound of it, the female seatbelt buckle isn't working, or is it simply that the airbag light is on at the dash. Does the car say that the driver's seat belt is undone, even if it is securely clipped in. Those are all different questions with different answers. I would always go for the cheaper solutions first , by repairing what I have, before replacing things.
It could be a simple damaged electrical cable from the buckle to the module, a damaged contact within the buckle unit that is repairable, or do you need a complete replacement of the buckle unit (which will be expensive).

I bought 2 from Jaguar Heaven in California for my '02. It has the Ivory interior. They are EXPENSIVE. I also have 2 used ones that work OK but the plastic is cracked and deteriorating. If you have any interest please send a PM and I'll send some pics for your review. They are a pain to replace but I can help guide you with the process.
