Most of the time it is the seat controller under the seat. This is a known issue. Swap the seat controllers and see if the problem follows. Do not mess with the switches or motor unless you rule out the seat controller first.
There are numerous posts on repairing the seat controller or sending to a tech who repairs them for a very reasonable cost.

+1 on the seat module gone bad. Swap out the module from the passenger side and make sure the seats functions are restored. If they are contact Darrell Turner in San Diego, phone 858-649-9090. He has repaired many seat modules including mine and does a great job.
If swapping modules doesn't cure the problem get back to us and we will look at furhter options for you.
