Seat runner retainers.

Seat runner retainers.
97 Convertible RHD..
Removing the front RHS seat, unbolting the runners the inboard Torx head retainer has been rounded off so the bit is useless.
I noticed the 2 rear Torx retainers are of what appears to be high tensile type, but front two are of a different type.
One mild steel (outboard) and the other high tensile (inboard).
The front 2 mounting seat brackets snapped off at the seat frame. Looking at the break the metal has been cracked for some time.
How do you remove that damaged Torx inboard retainer, or remove the seat from the runners while in the car?
Any tips on removing the damaged retainer, remembering very little room to work in but retainer head is accessible.
