After getting a PM from cool hand I am uploading this TSB for the damper removal. I uploaded it to the large file upload somewhere but here it is again.

You should really download the V8/V6 Engine Coarse I uploaded a while ago.
I had it converted from a paper 3 ring binder to a .pdf at a copy shop.

A highly recommended and enjoyable read ... plus lots of invaluable information that would be difficult to find elsewhere.

Thank you everyone , Specially motorcarman and Test point, I agree split chains is not good idea,(BTW I removed oil pan and did find piece of link in oil pan, still looking for the clip)

I have very bad feelings it bend exhaust valves at least in one cylinder,since exhaust cam and intake cam were off I think by couple tooth and when I removed the cam one cylinder exhaust valves stock in open position, when I did look into in pistons with borscope I did not see any damage, I guess until I remove head one never knows.

Any way I am going to dive into it, never done this , I figured since I took all most items out already, might as well be in safe side take head off, well I have no choice LOL, but then again inde shop wants $3000 for the job , I thought if I could do this for 1/3 of price I am a head of game!!!! I think that is good motivation once she is running again it would be boost to my moral/ego ( the same time I hope I wont screw up more, hehehe LOL) So few more hours then head should come out, I started removing four bolts from exhaust/ cat, disconnect CPS from passenger side, un-did clips on fuel injections, took bolts of fuel railing and intake manifold , I did same on driver side, Still need to disconnect fuel hose, I have few more questions so please be patient with me if I ask silly questions;

1) where can I get the tool that disconnect upper fuel line?

2) Do I need to completely remove intake manifold or just remove bolt from one side?

3) There are dirt/ sand in the injectors area how does one clean so it wont fall into injectors hole?

4) Since I am removing injectors should I replace O rings on them? If I have too remove the intake manifold should I replace the O ring there too?

5) Is there any other chains out there I can buy so it wont happen again?

6) Should I replace all the chains or just upper one? is bottom one are split one too?

7) which vender should I buy my supplies, I am looking for reasonable price yet good quality.

Still waiting for the rental tools to drive so I can remove the harmonic balance pulley.Again thanks for all the helps story continues :-)

I can offer opinions on a few of these;

1. Any auto parts store will have inexpensive plastic disconnect tools. Sears, too. Buy a $ 9 set if you're unsure of the size.

2. If it were me, I'd remove the intake manifold, throttle body, etc to clean everything, look it over and learn more about those components. It will also give you a chance to clean things up. If you do remove the intake manifold, inspect the two heater hoses underneath. Replace them if they're original or looking worn out.

3. Not sure on this one, but I think you can remove the intake manifold without removing the fuel injectors. Others may dispute this, I could be wrong or it may just be a bad idea. But then you could clean the top of the injectors without worrying about debris falling into the cylinders.

You could take this opportunity to remove the injectors and have them ultrasonically cleaned...I did it and you can read about it HERE.

4. If you remove anything...intake manifold, injectors, throttle body-induction elbow, you should always use new gaskets and o-rings on reassembly. The intake manifold has 8 small gaskets around the intake ports and one gasket at the connection to the induction elbow.

Can't help you on the other items. Good luck!

As Bob said earlier the link is peened (riveted) so there will be no clip just the plate.
