I've used SNG often over the past 3.5 years and have only good experiences. Bought a bunch of stuff in Jan. Thier catalog (online) will list it or show special order, if the later I've always gotten the parts around 2 weeks, otherwise 2-4 days. I've asked and received my discounts. I've had need to call a few times and they've always been helpful. I do use other sources to keep my eggs balanced but this is my experience.

I've used SNG several times over the last few years. Excellent service, timely delivery, and always got the discount. Sorry some of you guys have had different experiences.

Peter,

We don't have a VAT in the States. Individual states have individual state/local sales taxes (usually 5 to 10% of the purchase price) but up until very recently, these taxes were not collected on interstate commerce.

I've ordered from both the USA & UK sites. Never had a problem and I received my discount as long as I remembered to ask for it.

When I placed a large order (USA site) and some of the parts were out of stock, I received an email within 24 hours informing me that the parts would be in stock in approximately 14-21 days and asking if I wanted to wait or accept a partial order. I waited and the complete order was shipped per their time frame.

I will definitely order from them again. Haven't dealt with William, but have been dealing with Frank in the USA and the customer service has been superb.

Not that it's a big deal but, an up-date for now... if you have followed this post you will have seen William from SNG Barratt replied quickly and said if I sent him a pm he would look into the matter. Right after that, Jim the administrator responded to thank William for his prompt response. Well, I sent sir William a PM as he requested, I sent him an email @ SNG Barratt, and of course, he responded to my post so, he DOES KNOW I AM A MEMBER of the JF... it's been 1 1/2 weeks and.... NOTHING!.

I think William needs to look for a job that best fits him.

Placed my first order on 3/21 and received it on 3/24. No complaints from me.

I've responded to your email (16th March) and refunded the amount disputed. If you care to discuss further please do give me a call as there obviously seems to be a problem with emails?
