Someone way overpaid in a Hemming Auction

It does look smart and tidy and for the US that's very low mileage surely? But that's a lot of money.
In the UK Brightwells run frequent car auctions and until the summer prices were quite inflated. It was put down to boredom from lockdown and an excess of disposable cash - no luxury holidays etc. Brightwells can be quite entertaining to watch on line, I used to go to some of their physical auctions as they are 20 miles up the road from me.
