Sourcing a Denso 198500-3250 TPS
P0121 code today, Looking to swap out the TPS for my '99 XK8. Part is a Denso 198500-3250.
I know JAguar won't sell them separately from the throttle body., Anyone know of a cross reference Denso that will work. If not, anyone know of a trustworthy source of used one? I see a lot on eBay. Some claim they are new, but I'm dubious they are nothing more than cheap knockoffs.
Thanks for any help you can provide.
BTW: a local Jaguar salvage yard suggested unplugging the TPS and cleaning the contacts. Gave it a quick look, but can't figure out how to unplug the wiring harness. Hate to compound the issue by doing something stupid.

I purchased two "new" units from eBay that came without a part number and were absolutely worthless but i did get my money back. I found a used unit with about 50,000 miles on it and it has worked flawlessly for two years and cost under $60.00. There are now complete throttle bodies available for around $500.00 which is half of the dealer price.

It has a detailed series of posts on testing the TPS and determining reasons for failure.
Insert a small flat blade screwdriver into the gap:
Press down GENTLY to release the locking tab and pull the connection apart:
Looking inside the plug, you are trying to release the 'tongue' below the yellow block from the 'keeper' (arrowed in red) on the TPS.
The other connector separates in a similar manner.
