Supercharger Oil Blowback??

Supercharger Oil Blowback??
Has anyone else experience this? I have cleaned my throttle body twice in the past three months after getting restricted performance, and I believe it has stemmed from the filthy throttle body. After cleaning, everything seems to work fine for a while, then all of a sudden restricted performance, and when I open up the TB shes filthy..
See the attached photo.. After speaking with the local jaguar dealerships service manager, (i believe he's on here with the twin screw xkr). He indicated its supercharger Oil Blowback..?? This seems odd for it to be happening.. Any thoughts??

I would of thought the oil is coming from the breather system linked to your throttle elbow and the supercharger is blowing it back up through the throttle body, some people have fitted scavenger systems to prevent this.
Must admit yours does look a little heavy after such a short time, I would be checking my compression
There is very little oil in the supercharger itself, this is contained at the front, you can check this via the allen key screw at the front, use BP Turbo oil 2380

It would probably make more sense that the oil is coming from the breather system, thats the port located directly in back of the throttle body correct?
Any scavenging systems that you recommend?
Also the picture was from before the first time I cleaned it. Ill open it up this weekend and retake a photo to see how shes looking.
Its just odd that if it is oil, that its soo carbonized and hard to get off.

I cant remember exactly what the codes were that were thrown. Is there a way to bypass the EGR valve, even though im sure inspections wouldnt like that??
Is there something wrong with either system, or just something I have to live with?
Im thinking a simple canister with a line in the top and out the bottom would work well to prevent oil getting into the TB but it doesnt sound like this is my main issue?

First I would go after the actual issue you have now, and ensure your engine is running fine before doing alterations (i.e. with the EGR), as that could mask a potential issue. So this is why I asked for the fault codes, as that might give a hint in the direction to search for.
You can place the orifice anywhere where you like in the tube, I choose to place it close to the intake tube, as that gave me the ability to quickly change it to find the right size. The car isn’t mine and I have no pictures of it.
I know someone that has placed the connection from the EGR to the intake actually between the engine breather and intake (on a 4.0), and I think this is a better place to do it, and for a 4.2 this should be smaller hose coming from the lhd side (so not the big pipe going straight into the tb elbow).

I am going to pull the egr valve and clean it this weekend, maybe its in the stuck open position?
I had aftermarket cats installed from nameless, but I dont think this would have any bearing on it because the egr location is off of the header correct?

There might be nothing wrong with your EGR, but If your it would be stuck you could get several fault codes, so sorry to reiterate, best next step is first to check what fault codes you have.
