Supercharger removal questions
I've got most of the hoses needed for the valley hoses and heater hoses replacement, but reading on the X308 forum, it seems I am still missing a few parts. Before I proceed and buy those parts and begin disassembly of the supercharger and hoses, I would like to know if it is necessary.
- Do I need to remove the charge air coolers to remove the supercharger?
- What are the part numbers for the throttle body elbow gaskets and bolt seals?
- What’s the part numbers for the supercharger gaskets?
- Can I buy off the shelf hoses to replace the hoses that go from the throttle body elbow to the charge coolers or do these have a weird bend that necessitates buying the specific part? There's two of these it seems.

Searching through SNG Barratts catalogue, I came up with these parts. Can anyone confirm if it is necessary to replace these when doing the valley hoses on a supercharged car:
- AJ89646 Sealing washer for Manifold Plug
- KSC137624 An O-ring for the throttle body elbow
- AJ83292 Throttle body elbow gasket
- NCC2213AC Says it's a bypass hose. From the looks of it, it goes from the throttle body elbows to the charge coolers. There's two of these. I think I can get a generic hose for this purpose this they don't have a bend?
- NCC7723AA It's a small 90º hose that goes from one part of the supercharger elbow to the other. I think I can get a generic 90º elbow cut to the desired length.
- NCC7735BA Supercharger outlet elbow seal. It goes under the cover that says V8?
