Someone busted my tail light (what a great world we live in). I will probably get one from eBay for 130 bucks or so. Does anyone have any other ideas besides eBay? I drove an hour today to some dude that has 4 xk8/xkr in his back yard he is parting out, he told me he had the tail light for 70. When I got there he said, oh, I thought you wanted the assembly, not the lens, I don't have any lenses. I had him read the text back to me and he said, oh you did say lens. The drive home took me 2 hours because of an accident. That is $15 bucks in wasted gas........

You can tell i am a bit pissy today.

 

My car had the same problem and dealer replaced it before the sale. However the plastic/chrome trim was roached and didnt match the pristine other side. I got new trim and pulled the light to replace it. My impression from pulling the tailight out is you probably buy the whole assembly, much like the headlights.as I did not see lens alone for sale. I was looking ay whole units on Ebay before I found the trim for sale by itself.
