Soon to bolt everything back together at the rear end of my Xkr 2000. I discovered that the outer first threads of the inner fulcrum bolt are damaged at the right hand side. The thread size is M14, but does anyone know if it is 1.25 or 1.5 mm pitch? Need to get a thread die to recover it

Sorry, there is no reference anywhere for the thread PITCH for that M14 Bolt MMB2860AA or it’s nut JFX214051.
Only option is to measure it manually. There’s approx 25mm long thread so you should be able to get a good measurement over at least 10 peaks and divide it out. Might need a magnifying glass though!!....

Thanks both of you. In the end I decided to cut the end of bolt to remove the four outermost threads that were damaged. They were in so bad condition, almost completely gone, that trying to recover them would be a futile mission. Luckily there are maybe 6 threads "extra" from what the nut will use when in place, so after removing four there will still be a small margin left
