Throttle body programming

My research indicates that there are 2 potentiometers in the throttle assembly that deal with pedal position and throttle position sensors. To train both, (along with the windows), I learned to add this following procedure for a complete reset.
After reconnecting the negative post to the battery, turn the ignition on but don't start the car. Retrain each window by raising one up (or down) and holding the switch in position until you hear a faint click (about 5 seconds), then run it in the other direction and hold until you hear the click again. Do the same for the other window. Both windows are now set.
Next, with the ignition switch in position II (but not started), slowly press the accelerator pedal down and completely through the kickdown detent all the way to the floor, and hold it for 5 seconds. Release the pedal and repeat the process one more time.
Now, start the engine, letting it run until operating temperature is reached, then switch off.
Restart, idle for 2 minutes.
Apply foot brake, shift to drive, idle for 2 minutes.
Then, drive for 5 miles in varied conditions. That's it, you're done. Unless it's too pretty outside to quit driving for a couple more hours...
Note: Some models may require audio and/or climate control resets; my 2005 XK8 does not.
Not sure if this really answers your question, but I can't find anything that directly relates to programming the throttle body in and of itself.
