To tint or not to tint, that is the question

I tinted my windows but I didn't like it at all and removed the tint. My wife likes to ride with the windows up and the top down (it's a hair thing). The tint on the windows reflected light back into the car making it hard to see out. With the top up it was no problem because the top kept the sun out of the car. But with the top down I just found it difficult to see out of the side windows. Also, I was usually wearing sunglasses so the 30% light transmission of the tint was probably cut down to 10-15% once it got to my eyes.

My car had fairly dark tint when I bought it....I don't know the type/specs/percentage or whatever. Anyhow, there's no doubt that it restricts vision at night.
No problem on a well lit boulevard and headlights of other cars are easily seen but in some cases it's a problem. For example, I have a difficult time backing out of my driveway at night as I can barely see a thing. Or driving in a rural area without streetlamps.
Cheers

the decision.....NO TINT, based primarily on feedback on aesthetics, I am keeping with the classic look. Next opinion pool which I have seen a lot of discussion around is powder coat the BBS wheels? I did this on my white RR and I love the look. Again I am concerned about the balance of classic aesthetics and super car cool/elegant
