Tiny screw for the shift knob?

Tiny screw for the shift knob?
Well, I finally got my XKR out of the shop and am about to drive it cross country. I'm pretty excited. While it was in the shop, I found quite a few of the parts I had been missing (and didn't know!) like the spare tire, tire kit, etc... The MOST exciting find was the correct MOMO shift knob that someone had made off with over the life of the car. (It had been misdescribed on eBay and it was pure luck that I found it...)
ANYWAY, it looks great back on the car, but I've got a small issue. When it's all the way screwed down tight, it's about 90 degrees off from where it should be (too far clockwise). There's a tightening screw located in the neck of the shifter that's made to correct this - hold it tight at whatever screw-point it's at.
My problem is that I don't have the screw for it. And it's tiny. I don't have anything that I can even measure the screw diameter and/or thread count with. I believe it's around 1/8 inch in diameter, and probably about 1/2 long and the head is probably small enough to fit into the tiny hole when screwed all the way down.
Unfortunately, no local hardware store has these screws, nor does any auto part store. It's probably costs less than a dollar...but I can't find one at all.
Does anyone on here know what the part number might be? Or perhaps what size screw it really is so I can google one?
ANY help is appreciated!
Dave
