The XKR standard 18" Rims would be 9" wide in the Rear and take a 255/45 Tire.

The 18" Front Rims would be 8" wide and take a 245/45 Tire.

You could technically run the same size front and rear, but why? With the staggered width wheels you wouldn't be able to rotate them.

I agree with that but the extra width does look much better plus that bit extra rubber on the road is a bonus,i would love to no just how wide we can go on the 18s at the front.

On an 8" wheel 235-245 is ideal, 255 is pushing it but would work. You could go up to a 265 on the 9" rears.

I'm running 255/35 x20 x 9.5 wide D'Vinci Povatti rims all round on my 2000 XKR convertible and the fronts foul the fender , so I'm getting the front rims replaced with 8.5" wide, and run 235/35 x20 on the front. Ive manage to source matching fronts at 8.5" wide, so I'll have a spare set of rears.

What is their offset? You could use 9.5 in rims in the front but the offset can not be lower than 20mm.

Not sure of the offsset, but I need to get the rims off and atake a look. It could just be the springs or even worn out shocks, as the front of the car does slope down.
