Traction/Stability Fault, No ABS Failure

XK-8, MY98. Only because the car has been running really well of late does it seem like something had to crop up.
The day before yesterday whilst driving home from work I had the “Traction Control/Stability Control Failure” light pop on while sitting at a traffic light in the 112 degree (F) which does a lot for one’s temperament. Getting in and driving it in the morning, no failures. Then in the afternoon, at about the same location, sitting at the same traffic light, the same failure light came on. Once again this morning, all is well, no failure lights.
So I have taken some time here at work to research it and all of the strings I’ve found link the “Traction Control/Stability Control Failure” to the ABS system failure light as well. I have no ABS failure light that has come on.
Does anyone have any ideas of where to start tracking this problem down or what the problem is? Is it a failure in the ABS system?
Thanks again for any suggestions.

Ok you were immobile when it came on? If yes that kinda knocks out wheel bearing failure. The fact this happened in same place had me think of bearing. When mine went in rear the message came on 2 or 3 times same turn same road. Guess that turns geometry caused the tolerance to widen enough to set the error.
Nevada cleaning the sensor in each wheel is so easy/ fast you might as well just do it and see.
Let's start there. Don't fret it this is no big deal mate.
