Default UK instrument cluster repair

Hey
I'm suspecting my instrument cluster needs repair, although welcome to suggestions on what to look for before trying to fix/replace, I would really appreciate any recommendations on where I can send my current cluster to be checked/repaired here in the UK.
In case there's anything left to try..
Symptoms are:
- no activity from main cluster, first sign of trouble I was still getting some lights on the cluster but there is now nothing apart from, iirc, the airbag light.
- 3 gauge cluster also dead, but does have power (I can change the clock setting)
- car starts fine but won't shift out of park
- will start in neutral
- 10 or so beeps from radio, along with "Err" message on radio display
I've had the ECM out and no visible damage there. Main instrument cluster is out now too and no signs of the TSB problem (board seems newer than the troubled design). Again no other visible issues on the board.
I went to start one day after a period of standing, had some warnings on the cluster, with no needle movement, and after a few more starts am consistently getting nothing from the instrument cluster. I've charged the battery and no change. Have had low battery issues before but this seems to consistent to be a voltage problem. I could be wrong though!
I've checked the instrument cluster fuse and a zillion others, but they all seem fine.
As above, would welcome suggestions on what to try along with UK repairers of instrument clusters.
Also, what are you doing reading this, it's holiday time! Enjoy!

thanks, I don't mean to be a d*ck about it but:
"Main instrument cluster is out now too and no signs of the TSB problem (board seems newer than the troubled design). Again no other visible issues on the board."

thanks, that is really useful info, you probably saved me a few hundred quid. Any tips on how to get a unit that matches my firmware? E.g. off ebay.. or how to deal with a unit that matches part# but has different firmware?

any supercharged x100 or x308 from 2000 model year to the end of 4.0 production

the cluster you want has a large crudely drawn orange illustration of an engine, the ones you don’t want say “CHECK ENG”

mileage gets carried over from the donor but getting it corrected is still easier than finding someone who can fix a broken unit

Thought I better update this thread. For the grand sum of £55.99 I purchased a used instrument cluster off ebay, just tried it out and the car seems back to normal, albeit with an extra 40k miles on it!
