I just wanted to jump on this morning before heading out to work to say how impressed I am with Steve and the JagWrangler RealGauge product. (coolant temp and oil pressure set)

First of all, the installation instructions were very well laid out in an easy to follow format including an abundance of pictures for a visual of exactly what is being done in each step. All the parts needed to complete the job came well packaged and shipped priority mail as soon as payment was received.

But wait!- when i ran into a problem with my laptop (my laptop is ancient, I need to step into the 21st century) Steve was there to save the day. He sent me the tools the same day i emailed him with my dilemma to complete the job.

I was thoroughly impressed with the product which works great and especially impressed with the great customer service and communication. What a great experience!!!.....Thanks Steve!!!

 

I second that opinion. I have several of his options and they are all as you describe. Enjoy your RealGauge, it will take some of the mystery and dread out of driving...

 

Get the top down remote. It puts a smile on your face.

 

I've purchased the remote and real gauge. I haven't had a chance to install them yet, so far he has been very professional, and knowing how he helps everybody on the forum I have no doubts that if you have trouble he'll be there to assist. As you can see, he's had great reviews on his products.

 

+1 absolutely! I have the full RealGauge set and have been very pleased with the product. Highly recommended. Saving my nickels now for additional stuff.

Steve's customer service and response time couldn't be better. All businesses should work like this.

As I have said in the past, I am a forum member first. My little business developed out of relationships on this forum. In fact there is a thread that can be found that traces the evolution of each product I sell from member's original requests and ideas. Then there are all the great Beta testers from the forum that I had (including a few who were inadvertant and very understanding early adopters). Even the 'JagWrangler' name is a variation of a suggestion from a member.

I simply treat everyone who buys something from me (or not) the way I would hope to be treated.
