Victory edition clone?

Victory edition clone?
My 2006 XK8 has many characteristics of the Victory Edition, but not all.
It has carbon dash, etc., leather seats with cloth inserts, metal pedals, leather steering wheel with "R" in center and leather wrapped shifter.
It does not have the checkered flags on the front badge or chrome wheels.
Paint color is LHL Dark Blue Gray Pearl.
If not Victory Edition, what is it?

If you go here and enter your VIN it should tell you if it was specified that way from the factory or not.

Keep in mind that Jaguar was emptying out the parts bin during the final few months of XK8/XKR production (which ended in late May 2005). I'll bet that most of the last 500 or so cars built differ slightly from each other based upon whatever leftover doodads were being wheeled down to the factory floor that day to clear out storage space. My wife's XK8 is a 2006 Victory Edition built during that final month and it has every option I know of except for Adaptive Cruise Control....

It's a very fine vehicle, that's what it is.
The limited run Victory Edition was only available in the US. It didn't offer any performance upgrades but did have all the available options included at no additional cost and four new body colours although buyers could specify any colour from the Jaguar range. 1050 of this edition were sold.
The RoW had the same specification (called Final Series) but with no limit on the production number.
