What Interstate battery? MTP93 or MTP49/H8?

I also realize this thread is old, but I just installed the MTP-49/H8 in my 2003 XKR. It was the only one listed. I did nothing with the venting? Did I do something dumb here?

Should have a vent tube. My Interstate had the hole but needed a drill bit to open for the adapter. I hope the vent kit came with your battery.

Howdy Folks:
FWIW> I just replaced my Interstate with the newest Advance Auto AGM (black case instead of gray) which does indeed come with the outside vent connector /plug kit.

Thanks. I found the hook up and connected with a small adaptable kit from Interstate. It comes with a plug for the side furthest from the tube then you vent the other side. Great thread thanks.
