Default What are these hoses?

Today, while I was finally getting around to adjusting my parking brake, I noticed a couple severely cracked hoses. The fact that they are dry leads me to believe they are from the emission's system? Could explain why a month ago I got a code for a gross evap leak? I thought it was an open gas cap, specially since it didn't return.

If someone knows what they're for, it would facilitate me searching for them in SNG's catalogue.

Here's a picture, for reference, that's the rear sway bar near the location of the passenger side sway bar bush.

Edit, upon further researching, I think my car uses the Twin O.R.V.R. system.... I don’t really understand what the difference in function is.

It seems that everywhere the price for one of them is over $170, and the smaller one is discontinued. I think I will just get a foot of whatever thickness of hose those are, cut and install. If I did choose the correct part numbers, the hose that has the 30º bend on it is attached to a metal pipe and has more hose on the other end. I have to figure out if both ends of the hose are bad and how much disassembly is required.
