Wheel Fit

I have a chance to purchase a set of wheels from a 2004 x type, and wonder if they'll fit my 1997 XK8? I know they are 225/45zR-17.

Not a DIRECT fit... they are 5x108 and we are 5x120.65 (4.75")... AND their center bore is 10mm smaller than ours...
