From the pictures it looks as it would be pretty useless as a wind deflector, it's just no big enough.
I have the Adamesh version fitted which is twice the size but still not much good above 50MPH.

Crap compared to BMWs' that I've previously owned which were fine at 70+, but they did have the facility to raise the rear windows which probably makes a big difference.

Update
It has two mounting points the upper one I used and a lower one that raises it another 12 or so inches. On the freeway it worked surprisingly well at the lower setting, most of the wind comes up between the seats for me. I expect that with the windows up and at the higher setting it would be even calmer.
