retrain the windows. Turn key on, hold passenger window switch down, the window drops, keep holding the switch until you hear a click, raise window up and hold switch down until you hear that click. Repeat with driver's side. Positions have been retaught.
This will be required every time the battery dies or is disconnected.

2) are you keeping the car on a battery tender whenever the car is not being driven overnight or longer ?
Using a quality battery tender such as CTEK, NOCO Genius, or Delran Battery Tender +, is the only way I know of to banish electrical gremlins successfully.
if re-setting the window memory does not work in the long run think about using a battery tender.

I disconnected the battery before going on a month-long vacation. I remembered I had to re-enter the Radio Security Code to reactivate the radio. but have totally forgotten that I also need to retrain the windows.
Windows worked like a charm after retraining.

I have to retrain my passenger side window every couple of weeks for some reason. I use mine as a daily and the battery is fairly new. Ive had to do it since I bought the car about 4 years ago. Not really an issue until I "think it'll work" and open the passenger door to put stuff in my glovebox, or on the odd occasion I have a passenger. The drivers side has never skipped a beat. So i try to remember to reset the passengers every once in a while smh.

^^ Could be that the microswitch in your passenger door latch assembly has degraded more than the one in your driver door latch assembly. The factory microswitches are flimsy and delicate whereas the aftermarket ones are usually much more robust. My replacement microswitches came from mouser.com back in 2018....

I replaced my battery a year or so ago thinking that since it was older it might be getting weak, even though it tested fine, and it still does it with the new battery, which i have tested a couple of times and it always reads as great, as does my charging system. Im leaning more towards the micro switch
