Wiper spray relay?

Wiper spray relay?
Good morning!! While driving home on a wet highway yesterday, with grit, grime and water flying freely everywhere, the need to use my wiper washer button occurred every ten minutes or so to keep the windshield clean, you know the drill...
Anyway, after an hour into the drive I went to push the button for a quick wash, the spray came out, but the wipers didn't move. A quick check and the intermittent settings work, as well as the full on setting. I assume it's a relay issue since the spray, intermittent and full power works. Is there a relay or fuse specifically for this application? Or do I have a relay that's going bad.

No MY details in your Signature or profile so this may not be accurate.
FUSE
LH Fascia Fusebox : Fuse No 3 (30 amp) Windscreen Wiper Motors and relays
RELAYS
LH Engine Compartment Bulkhead extension : Black relay (centre ) Wiper On/Off
LH Engine Compartment Bulkhead extension : Black relay (rear) Wiper Fast/Slow
If it's not fuse or relays, the wiper motor brushes could be U/S.
