Attached you will find a oneline for your car showing the locations of all the switches and control module in your doors/car.

Each door has a latch mechanism and control module. The latch mechanism has 3 micro switches all working to control the function of the door, security and window systems. Before you begin to open the door panel to see what is going on I would recommend that you spray the door latch mechanismwith WD40 from the outside and exercise the door open and close with the window down. The window down to prevent damage to the window seals. Give that a try first! If it does not work you can swap out the control modules from one door to the other to see if it is the module but be informed you do not want to do a thing in the door with the battery connected.

Question did you try to reprogram the window with the door open? If that is what you did you need to do it with the door closed.
