Given the incompetence and negligence, and their failure to make any attempts to properly resolve the issue I have no problem in mentioning that people should avoid Jaguar of South Bay. They are a member of the power dealership network.

Well the saga has finally ended. After 9 visits to the dealer, they finally corrected the dash problem to my satisfaction. I sure hope I never have to change a light bulb in the dash again.

And they didn't manage to break anything else in the process? Congratulations.

Well Jaguar of North America has been unsuccessful in talking with the dealership. I got frustrated this week, as I was taking the car on 1000 mile road trip this weekend to Northern California. So I pulled on the dash, popped it out and got the trip computer plugged back in. Then on Friday morning for the first hour of the drive the Navigation system couldn't find a satellite. An hour into the drive it finally got a satellite, but the location is off by 1/2 a mile. So every off ramp the Nav system is trying to reroute me back onto the freeway.

Thank god the car is wonderful car to drive. I got 23.8mpg averaging a little over 90mph over 380 miles.
