Default worth the risk ?

I am looking at a 1998 XKR 4.0, the car has done 141,000 miles and has a stack of history with it Full jag history till 1998.
The car then blew a head gasket and was rebuilt at a jag specialist indi. at the cost of £1800 , the car has a modifiy pully all done at the specialist and puts out 425 bhp.
I have been told the current owner thinks the car is still on the nikasil linings , is this something i should worry about , esp with the car having done 141k ? , Or is it a case of if it hasnt happend by now it should be good ?

i have asked if the transmition fluid has been changed , and he is trying to find out , i have the name and contact details of the garage jagutec , that did the work to the car , maybe they would be worth a call ? the car was serviced by them in october as well ? thanks

That car was owned by a guy called Dennis Pritchett, I supplied him some of the panels including the rear bumper you see, I think I also sold him the front bumper, side sill covers and a set of silicone hoses.

The rear spoiler was a Zeemax and the rear lights I beleive came from Adamesh, but give Jagutec a call they are good guys and will give you the info
