Not the best scenery as it is parked at a friend's house, but the Jag was freshly washed and waxed and I had to take a few pictures.
I have been thinking of getting the wheels refinished in Dorchester or a similar color and changing the center caps back to new original red ones. What are your opinions? Can anyone photoshop the wheels that color?

Talking about ride height, that middle pic, from the side, shows perfect stance. Height is perfect, cool body moldings from the 2004 spec and none of those horizontal rubbing strips on the doors.
Just clean curves, how it was meant to be. If the suspension was off by a few MM, you'd notice it.
Nice attention to detail and a jolly good job!
This his past weekend was warm and sunny, so I went on a 500 mile round trip to visit the old family farm.
Some of you may recognize that there is a British heritage in both vehicles in this photo.
In in this light and angle, the car looks black, but it isn’t. It’s slate grey.
The original TR2 when first built. The Triumph Auto company bought the Standard Tractor company. Found a bunch of tractor engines laying around that they could do nothing with. Decided to change out the cams, stick SU carbs on. These were the engines for the first TR2's and TR3's.
My 1952 TR2 was considered "Overpowered". Had 100 hp, would do over 100 mph with no seat belt of course, low doors. Solution was to lengthen the car 6", widen it 4". Became the TR3. At least that is the information that was passed down at the time. Road and Track was just getting started in those days. Hot Rod cared little about 'Those little foreign cars' as did Car and Driver, so info was very sparse. I waxed all my fiends '55 Chevys and Fords on the streets as long as I could keep them off the straights. Someone had installed seat belts in mine which I thought was cool, and I wore them. I caught a lot of flak for trying to look like an "Indy Driver", but I figured with those low cut seats, it was not a bad idea. I did see 105 mph on the speedo once. Not bad for a 16 yr old stupid kid.
I am trying to get photos, but first have to get the car. In another thread I have a question about a problem concerning a passive security "Lockout" problem I have been having. It is currently being traced by mechanic to a module connection between starter and instrument panel. It has been with the dealer I purchased it from for 1 1/2 months now(longer than I had the car originally. When I bought the car, it was a 1 owner, 49K mile beauty. The problem developed shortly after I started driving it, fortunately while it was still under the dealer warranty. As soon as I get it back, pix will go up.
The problem did not seem to have been experienced by anyone else on the forum. I just hope it can be alleviated by a module change.
I am now the proud co-owner of this 1999 XKR Coupé in Antigua Blue with Cashmere Interior. Character wise it is very different to my XK8 convertible. Proud co-owner of this beautiful 1999 XKR Coupé in Antigua Blue.

Job well done - great photoshop work. Totally agree that the darker grey wheels looks better. More understated and classy than silver and the grey matches the window trim surrounds. Agree that the red wheel centres are wrong IMHO.
Can you photoshop a 28 year old leggy Blonde in the driver's seat. Performance Spec - 28year old, CC, 36-26-32, preferably Texan? Pose - Left arm out of the door window perhaps quarter facing the camera with a wink......
Thank you! This looks awesome! I bet it would look better in the flesh. I am now certain that I want to get this done. I agree that the red centers look off with that color wheel.
Now if only I could source some Dorchester grey paint...
