Apologies for the late reply........
They are Jaguar Vortex wheels from the later X150 series with adapters. It's a staggered width setup and has lowered springs, and it works very well.
I feel it makes the car look more modern that it actually is.

Nice - roughly how much did it cost to wrap? Mine was re-sprayed by PO, and even though it looks nice I'm not convinced it had that many coats and a lacquer over the top

Its an air tank for his air shocks, he can lift and lower his car with a controller

I had the mirror covers professionally wrapped, I think it was only $60. In my opinion looks way better than the factory paint matched look. The tank is for a lift cup system. It's not air bags. It's a cup that sits over the coilovers to raise the car 2" for speed bumps and what not. Installed it myself. Wasn't to much of a job. I love the lowered look on these XK's. The fender gap, especially the back, is just too much.

The lift cup idea is pretty great. I keep dragging front spoiler over curb stops. Where di you find them??
