[QUOTE=roymattblack;1498221]Well - love it or hate it - here's my XK8
Don't panic - it's been wrapped, not painted.
(I love it!!!)
I have an emerald fire XF too.
Dedicated Jag fan.

Roy.

Cool combo!
Is the blue wrapped as well, or just the stripe?
I whole heartedly agree that these cars meant to have fun with! I, too, love to mix it up and make my Jaguars unique. And I too have both an XK and an XF! And both are heavily modified. I've just had my XK8 interior given the Louis Vuitton treatment. Not a gangsta style, but a more vintage steamer trunk feel done with recycled LV vinyl from old damaged large garment bags.
I'd love to see a Jaguar show with only modified cars! Now that would be amazing!!

No. The previous owner had it painted. The Jacksonville Jaguars team colors are teal, black, silver and gold. I think the ostrich skin seats are supposed to look like jaguar spots. From what I can tell, original color is silver. It is unusual but it is growing on me. It has a shimmering changeable quality like the water in the Keys.

Kind of like it! Sort of a vintage Porsche look.
Don't know what the wheels are but I could see going gloss black with all the trim, mirrors (just get chrome covers and wrap or paint gloss black) wheels and mesh grille.
Could even see a black stripe or something. With a color like this, you can really embrace some different details. And stripes do look good on these cars.

And I could see the Mina fog light surrounds in gloss black too.
I'm really starting to like your color!

Where did you get that fancy grill? Does it not block too much cooling air?

It's the mesh inset grille from Mina Gallery. The badge plinth came from Adamesh.
It's very open weave and doesn't restrict any air flow at all.

Default 2006 XK8 Coupé

Probably won't wow anyone but this black/tan coupé I just brought home to North California from Portland, Oregon, after a rather long search.

My wife needed a fun car so we bought her this last summer. A nice trade for her putting up with my 4 fun cars.
