XK8 Driveshaft/Propshaft
Hello everyone,
I recently purchased an 06 XK8 coupe, which I'm in the process of rehabilitating. My local mechanic recommended replacing the driveshaft part c2N3586 which is discontinued. The only ones I can locate on eBay are part C2N1127. Does anyone know if they are interchangeable? Are there any Jaguar specialists that can remanufacture it? Thanks in advance, I tried the search function to no avail.

Welcome to the forums Derek,
I assume it's the center bearing that's the problem?

I spoke with the mechanic who inspected the vehicle. The mechanics findings were the universal joints were showing signs of failure. Not sure if the front office referenced the correct part number. Any ideas? I have basic technical knowledge, I recognized the bushings and shocks were shot, but this is beyond my skills. Unfortunately, I have no Jag specialists locally in New Mexico.
