Angry XK8 (X100) knock sensor and 02 sensor mad problem

Can anyone pass some information to a mad issue on a 2002 KX8 4.0L.

I Bought the car with both knock sensors showing low input. Changed both as the sheilding was cracked on the cable anyway. Cleared fault on the ECU. Ran the car, perfect. Next day Bank 2 (n/s) P1647 up stream Ho2 sensor fault with heater circuit inopertive. Checked the circuit and it was open circuit. Changed the o2 sensor, Perfect.

Days later. Bank 2 knock sensor low input. I tried to test with a volt meter but got nowhere. (I am going to learn how to test with a scope because of this), anyway changed both sensors and it fault went away. Blimey, days later back with the problem up stream Bank 2, P1647 open or shorted circuit, but tested OK, put back an old one, then back to another fault low input P0332 Bank 2 knock sensor low input.

I have checked where I can the earth next to ECU, checked for continuity using a multimeter and resistanace, all OK between sensor plugs for knock sensor and o2 sensor back to ECU. Gave a seperate wire path for all the connectors back to ECU. NO joy. Now here is the thing, just plugged in original knock sensor on bank 2 but did not bolt it down just left hanging and fault has gone away at the moment.

Am I missing something obvious as this is all connected with Bank 2
