For those who are left without a pollen filter and want to install it, I upload the STL files. Look at the total length, it is 432.5 mm. I say this because according to the program the file is interpreted in inches or mm, we will have to multiply or divide by 25.4.
I upload three STL: complete piece and in two parts to join with appropriate adhesive to the plastic used or by applying heat.
For installation, a gearbox casing screw (cut) is very practical.

By the way, regarding the silembloc of the oil radiator, which appears in several threads, it is better not to put them and use a screw with an intermediate stop. The back and forth motion causes the pipes to become fatigued. Consult a hydraulic distributor. This distributor can also remake these pipes.
Thanks for this forum that is still alive.
Great job! That being said, I think you should make a new thread instead of posting it here. That new thread should be sticked and used as a repository of all the STL files for 3D-printed parts that owners have shared.

Yes, it is a great idea to create a thread for parts in additive manufacturing (There are many plastic parts that are not even used and we have technology to be able to resurrect them adapted to the new manufacturing method). I'm going to try to do it. Surely a veteran member can do it?

Someone who has STL files for our car or has the resources to create them should start the thread. I don't have the necessary equipment to scan a plastic part to create an STL.

Yes. A thread is necessary for plastic parts that are not already on the market new or used. There are colleagues who have the possibility of designing 3D CAD models in various formats. There are pieces, such as those inside the doors, that cannot be found (they cannot be seen and aesthetics are not important)

I'd like to add a submission. The power steering reservoir. The Jag OE is ~ $140, the URO aftermarket (**** quality) is $80. I present to you the reservoir for a 2007 BMW 323i. It's an exact fit. It's the same exact part, made by the same manufacturer, ZF. Same hose diameter connections, same dimensions, same everything. Only very minor differences that have no effect. Even some of the stamping was the same.

Avoid the Jaguar tax. Buy the BMW reservoir and you can save lots of money while having OE quality.
BMW/ZF part number: 32 41 6 851 218

It's clear to see that outwardly, on first glance, both reservoirs look identical. This sticker has the ZF part number for the BMW part.

PA66GF25 is stamped on the side of the Jag reservoir.

PA66GF25 is also stamped on the side of the BMW reservoir.

The cap is almost the same as the Jag one, except it says what fluid to use for the BMW.

Jag cap doens't mention fluid type, just that it's for the power steering fluid and it has a leaper drawn on it. Surely that's where the Jag tax is being spent on.

BMW reservoir doesn't have the cradle for centering the cap.

Jag reservoir does have the cradle, but it's not necessary.

Just noticed that I never wrote what the price of the BMW OE reservoir is; it's $40.00
