Tanngo,

I do not mean to be critical, but I think people here may not understand what you are asking us.

Is this close? ... You think your secondary tensioners may have failed ... you want to know about the parts required to fix this, and also the number of hours of labor required.

Please try your questions again. En otras palabras, por favor.

As Dennis says - we want to help and do understand the language problem so try your best!
The big question - has the timing chain broken ? If so this could mean serious engine damage.
Whatever you do DO NOT try to start or turn the engine over with the starter until we know a bit more.
Buena suerte !

The tensioners, longer bolts, and gasket set are all you need for XK8, and I don't believe XKR is different. Do you need torque wrench settings?
If you use zip tie method it should take 6- 8 hrs. including cleanup.

OK, good news. DO NOT DRIVE until you have fixed the tensioners.
Risk of serious engine damage

Torque settings. The first value is for old bolts, second for new, I think.

Ignition Coil 4-6 Nm
Cam Cover 9-11 Nm
Tensioner Bolts 10-14 Nm
Cam Caps 9-11 Nm

Do not forget to pull the pins from the tensioners after installing.
Disable Fuel Pumps and turn engine over until oil gauge shows pressure before restarting.
