Yet another radio upgrade
After a week with the stock radio, I've had enough
I can across this radio on Crutchfield.com. It's compatible with the 98 xk8 and also has the steering wheel control adapter.
Has a navigation flip up screen as well as the typical tech goodies.
Website says fully compatible, but would have to splice wires.
I know the XK8 could be electronically temperamental , and was wondering if there's a chance I could do harm.
I would get it professionally installed.
What are your thoughts?

This will get old fast.
That said, if you are looking for a 1DIN flip, pioneer is the best IMO (Avh-x7800bt as of today).
There are no great 1DINs around IMO. I plan on going with the JVC av41-BT. Not perfect, but best of a bad lot
Best,
